The Cubizone Helpdesk
'If you are experiencing issues with gameplay, or want to report something, do not hesitate to go the the Cubizone Helpdesk. Here's the where to's and how to's of the Cubizone helpdesk:
1.) Log in to cubizone.ph to access the MEMBERS AREA. Then click the HELPDESK banner or the NEW CASE link in the lower right side of your screen in order to submit a case.:

2.) Please provide all the necessary information in the field:

- Case Type - Select whether if its a Comment or Suggestion for the Game. Product Related Concerns such as Bugs, Hack Case etc.
- Game Name - Choose the Game or Product involve in your concern.
- Title – Please provide a direct and distinctive title for your case.
- Description/Details – Kindly encode all the necessary details regarding your concerns. Keep it simple and direct to the point./li>
- Attach File – You can attach up to 3 screen shots as an evidence to your case.
3.) After you fill in all the necessary details click the submit button. A pop up window will appear to confirm your submission. After confirming you will be given a brief summary of your report. All you need to do is to wait for our friendly GM's to reply:

4.) To check a reply from the GM from your pending Case. Simply click the MY CASES link in the Quick Helpdesk section that can be seen in the right side of your screen in the Members area:

5.) Click the VIEW Link beside the Game related to your concern. You will be redirected to a list of all your concern again simply click the VIEW button:

6.) You will be redirected to a page where you can see your case as well as the reply of the GM. You can also made a reply or follow up in this area:
