How to Claim your Casvian Conqueror's Quest Prize

Every Monday – Friday until June 11, 2010, 5:00PM – 6:00PM, GM Liquid will PM the winners of the Casvian Conqueror's Quest to discuss how to claim their Casvian Conqueror's Quest prizes.

GM Liquid will verify your account by asking a few particular questions.

1.Personal Information (Name, Address, Contact Number)

2.What is your Cubinet Account USERNAME?

3.Etc.,

How to claim your prize:

(For players within Metro Manila)

You may drop by at the Cubinet Interactive office and claim your prize in cash or check.

To verify that you are indeed the owner of your account, you must bring the following:

1.2 pcs. Valid I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Etc.,)

(For players outside of Metro Manila)

Cubinet Interactive may deposit your prize via bank transfer. If you choose to use this means, we will require you of the following:

1.Scanned 2 pcs. Valid I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Etc.,)

2.Letter of Authorization (Allowing Cubinet Interactive Philippines to deposit the winner's prize to specified bank account) Please also include the following:

- Name of Bank:

- Account Name : 

- Bank Account # :

- Bank Branch # :

3.If the account is not under the winning player's name, we will also require the bank account owner's 2 pcs. valid I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Etc.,)
